Homemade Pickled Fish

Cut the sauerkraut into sections, not too big or too small. The sauerkraut will not feel crispy after being boiled in the soup. Cut the red pepper, ginger, and green onions.

The fish fillets are good.

The fish fillets are prepared with sweet potato flour for 15-20 minutes.

Pour oil in the pot, stir-fry the prepared fish fillets for 2-3 minutes, add the cooking wine, set aside.
