I like to grow flowers. I planted some chili peppers this year. I look forward to growing up every day, from sprouting to transplanting to flowering and growing chili peppers."

Homemade Pickled Peppers

1. I harvested one-third of the Chaotian peppers I grew, and the rest were still growing up, so I washed them and controlled the water.

2. Bring to a boil for two minutes, pour in an appropriate amount of white wine and turn off the heat.

3. Bring the water to a boil, add pepper (more than 10 pieces), ginger (4 to 5 slices), and salt (3 spoons). Bring to a boil for two minutes and add Chaotian pepper.

4. After cooling, put it in a water-free and oil-free glass fresh-keeping box, and prepare to keep it for a month before eating.
