Homemade Pie

Mix the noodles with warm water. The noodles should be soft but not hard. After mixing the noodles, let the noodles wake up for 10 minutes.

Put more salad oil in the wok and fry the pork filling. After the meat filling turns white, put a spoonful of cooking wine to remove the fishy, then add salt, oil consumption, and light soy sauce to taste. Tips:
The oil in the fried meat should be less and more to ensure the taste.
