Homemade Pizza Sauce

After removing the skin on the onion, wash, wipe dry, and dice

After the tomatoes are peeled, cut into small cubes

Garlic chopped

Put butter in the hot pan; after the butter has melted, put the onion and garlic in the pan and stir fry

After frying the aroma, add tomatoes and stir fry over high heat

After the tomatoes are fry until mushy, add sugar

Add black pepper

Add oregano leaves and basil

Stir fry a few times from time to time, so as not to paste the pan, finally add in an appropriate amount of salt, stir fry evenly

Pack it in an oil-free and water-free container, seal it and store it in the refrigerator.
Tips:
1. Tomatoes do not need to be peeled;
2. Stir-fry the pizza sauce a little bit, making pizza better;
3. It can be sealed and stored for 3 to 7 days.
