Homemade Pizza Sauce
1.
500 grams of tomatoes are boiled in water, peeled and cut into small pieces, and onions are diced.
2.
Melt butter on low heat
3.
Add onion and garlic chopped and fry until soft.
4.
Then pour in the tomatoes and stir fry.
5.
Stir fry until the tomatoes come out of the soup, add a spoonful of oregano and a spoonful of basil. The oregano and basil used here are all dried spices! After adding the spices, cover with a lid and simmer for 15 minutes. During the simmering process, open the lid and stir-fry a few times to avoid the bottom.
6.
Then add salt and a little sugar to taste. Stir for a few minutes over high heat to collect the tomato soup. Stir-fry until dry. Because when making pizza sauce, the moisture should not be too much. This sauce can also be used to make pasta sauce! The fried sauce is sealed and stored in a cold place, which can be stored for 3-5 days.
