Homemade Pizza Sauce

Wash tomatoes and onions, cut into small cubes

Use a garlic press to press the garlic slices into garlic paste, and stir-fry a few times with the onion in the hot oil

Stir fry until the onion is fragrant, add the tomato and continue to fry

Stir-fry until the tomato juice comes out, add sugar and black pepper, simmer on medium heat for about 10 minutes, and stir-fry a few times in the middle to avoid muddy bottom. When the juice is slightly dry, add salt and basil leaves and mix it out.

Homemade home pizza sauce can be packed in a sealed container, and it can be stored in the refrigerator for about 2-3 days!
