Homemade Pizza Sauce

1. Wash tomatoes and onions, cut into small cubes

2. Use a garlic press to press the garlic slices into garlic paste, and stir-fry a few times with the onion in the hot oil

3. Stir fry until the onion is fragrant, add the tomato and continue to fry

4. Stir-fry until the tomato juice comes out, add sugar and black pepper, simmer on medium heat for about 10 minutes, and stir-fry a few times in the middle to avoid muddy bottom. When the juice is slightly dry, add salt and basil leaves and mix it out.

Tips:

Homemade home pizza sauce can be packed in a sealed container, and it can be stored in the refrigerator for about 2-3 days!
