Homemade Pizza Sauce (pasta Sauce)

Wash the tomatoes, remove the skin and set aside. Chop the onion, dice the tomatoes, and mince the tenderloin. (Because I forgot to take the cut photos at the time, here is a brief introduction)

Pour a little oil in the wok, pour the minced meat and stir fry, then pour in the onions and tomatoes, add some salt, sugar and chicken essence to taste, and boil it over high heat to make a sauce. Use a spatula continuously Stir fry to avoid sticking to the bottom of the pan.

This is cooked minced meat and tomato sauce. You can cook a little more at once and put it in a glass bottle for refrigeration like I did. It is delicious when mixed with pasta and pizza sauce.
