Homemade Pork Floss

Wash the pork and cut into small pieces to remove the white tendons inside

Put the meat into the pressure cooker, add the chopped green onion, ginger, cooking wine, pepper, star anise, tangerine peel and a small amount of water, and start the meat cooking process

Drain the cooked meat and let cool

Put it in a fresh-keeping bag and beat with a rolling pin until the meat slices are separated into thin strips

Pour into the bread bucket, add salt, oil, light soy sauce, sugar, set the meat floss program for 45 minutes

At this point, you can see that the meat and ingredients have been mixed evenly and the shredded meat has been separated

After the program is over, the pork floss is ready, take it out and let it cool, then pour it into an airtight jar and put it in the refrigerator.
