Homemade Pork Floss

Prepared ingredients.

Peel the leg meat, add fat, add green onions, ginger, cooking wine, and boil with water and simmer for 1 hour.

Let the stewed meat cool and shred.

Put it in the bread bucket, add the dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, sugar and pepper.

Tips:
1. During the roasting process, take it out and pour it back into the bread machine and stir it twice, and the condensed meat should be shredded and loosened. The meat will be more fluffy after doing this.
2. Frequent turning during the baking process, so that the heat is evenly distributed.
