Homemade Pork Floss Cake Roll

Separate the egg yolk and egg white thoroughly. Add 6G powdered sugar to the egg yolk and mix well

Add salad oil and milk and mix well

Add the sieved low powder and mix evenly until there is no dry powder

Add 3G powdered sugar to the egg whites three times and beat until stiff foaming

Add 1/3 of the egg whites to the egg yolk paste and stir evenly, then pour all the egg yolk paste into the remaining egg white foam and stir evenly

Preheat the oven up and down at 160 degrees for 10 minutes, spread greased paper on the baking tray, pour in the egg batter, smooth it, and be careful not to make it too thick and bake at 160 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

After taking it out, carefully tear off the oil paper, cut into rectangles, and coat with salad dressing
