Homemade Pork Knuckle with Simple Sauce

Prepare half a pork knuckle.

A bowl of seasoning.

Add the right amount of water and the bowl of seasoning.

Then add white wine and oyster sauce, as well as a pinch of salt and a pinch of soy sauce and a pinch of vinegar.

Open the lid and cook.

Cook for 30 minutes.

Turn it over and continue to cook for 20 minutes, then turn off the heat and wait for 40 minutes to take it out.

Take it out and put it in a fresh-keeping bag to refrigerate overnight.

Take out the refrigerated steamer and steam for 5 minutes to heat up.

Serve it out and wait for it to cool down.
