I saw someone using pea starch to make jelly on the Internet. I wanted to go to the supermarket to buy it, but I didn’t see it. So I bought a bag of potato starch and made it. This is the first time I made it. It’s delicious to mix together, and it’s no different from what I bought outside~ Mom asked me to buy pea or mung bean starch and continue to make it. The potato starch is softer and very smooth~"

Homemade Potato Jelly

1. Add a bowl of potato starch to a bowl of water.

2. Blend into a particle-free paste.

3. Pour the same large bowl and three bowls of water into the pot and pour the starch paste that was mixed into the pot.

4. Change to low heat and simmer slowly, stirring continuously with a spoon midway, until the liquid in the pot is transparent.

5. Pour the jelly into the fresh-keeping box and let it cool until solidified.

6. Cut the solidified potato jelly into strips, and cut the cucumber into strips.

7. Add appropriate amount of minced garlic, salt, sugar, vinegar, and a little light soy sauce.

8. Add two spoons of sesame paste and mix all the ingredients thoroughly.

Tips:

1. The ratio of potato starch to jelly is 1:4. I used a bowl of water to stir the starch before, so put three bowls of water in the pot.

2. You can put vegetables according to your own taste. If you like spicy food, you can add some chili oil to taste better.
