Homemade Rock Sugar Osmanthus

Prepare a bottle and brush it clean

Put it in a steamer and steam for 5 minutes

All ingredients are ready after the bottle cools

Add some boiled water to the rock sugar and put it in the microwave on high heat for 2 minutes

There are particles, it doesn’t matter, it means it has reached saturation

Sprinkle a layer of dried osmanthus on the bottom of the bottle

Pour some rock sugar water
8.
Until all the rock sugar osmanthus is finished

Tips:
1. Fresh sweet-scented osmanthus is best, I don’t have one, so I use dried osmanthus, I choose Jingui
2. It doesn't matter if there are particles in the melted rock sugar water, it means that it has reached the saturated state, don't thin it
3. The longer the rock sugar osmanthus is stuffed, the better the taste
