Homemade Safe Fritters

Prepare all-purpose flour, dough stick leavening agent and vegetable oil.

Mix flour and leavening agent evenly, add 50-60 degrees warm water and stir.

Knead into a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap and wake up for about 30 minutes.

Cut the proofed dough into long pieces, stack the two together and press them with chopsticks.

Pinch both ends with your hands, stretch it, and fry it in a 70% hot (about 180-200 degrees) oil pan until golden.

Finished product.
Tips:
Angel leavening agent already contains salt, so there is no need to add salt. It will taste better if you add an egg and noodles.
