8. Wait for the salt to turn yellow

9. Pour the spices and mix well

10. Fry for a few more times, turn off the heat and let cool

11. Pour the seasoning mixture into the food processor, it’s best to make more at one time, it will be crushed quickly

12. The size of the salt and pepper can be crushed according to your preference. If you like the powder state, you can sieve the crushed salt and pepper powder, and then continue processing the coarse particles
