Homemade Salted Duck

Add salt and pepper in a dry pot over low heat and stir fry until the salt turns slightly yellow

Spread these ingredients on the duck leg while it is hot, put it in the refrigerator and marinate for about half a day. Take it out and knead it to make it taste evenly.

Put ginger and aniseed in a deep pot, put the duck legs and marinating ingredients into the pot together, pour a little cooking wine and a little salt

Add the water that has just covered the duck legs to a boil, turn to low heat and simmer for about 25 minutes, turn off the heat and continue to simmer for 10 minutes

Take out and drain the water, brush with sesame oil while it is hot, let it cool, and slice it. In addition, prepare the dipping sauce, a little garlic, cold sauce, a few drops of sesame oil and mix well.
