Homemade Scrambled Eggs with Dried Tofu

Cut the tofu into pieces and put them on a plate

Sprinkle salt evenly on the tofu and steam it on the steamer until holes appear on the surface of the tofu. Pour out the water in the dish, place it in a ventilated place under the sun, and dry it for three or four days, turning it over during the period.

Soak the dried tofu before eating

Put oil in the pan, heat the oil, put the dried tofu and stir fry

2 eggs, chopped green onions, and a pinch of salt to mix well
