Homemade Sesame Bacon

Prepare the ingredients, clean the pork skin, don’t wash it

Tips:
1. Check the weather forecast before making bacon, it’s best to dry it in cloudy weather for a week or so
2. If you are in a hurry, you can also dry it during the day and pickle it at night, so that it will be more delicious after two nights.
3. The fried salt and pepper can be beaten into salt and pepper powder before pickling.
4. Our house controls salt, the salt is reduced to a minimum, the taste is just right, not salty.
