Homemade Shiitake Mushroom Sauce

Wash the shiitake mushrooms and green onions, chop them, chop the green onions and ginger, and prepare the pork filling.

Mix the yellow sauce with a little water and set aside, and prepare the Pixian bean paste.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot and heat it to 60% heat, add the chopped green onion and ginger and fry until fragrant, add the pork filling and stir fry until the color changes.
