Homemade Shrimp Slip

Peel the shrimp, remove the head and remove the shrimp thread

Use a knife to chop the shrimp into puree, add egg white, salt, and starch. Stir in one direction with chopsticks. Stir for a while to get the stickiness of the shrimp!

Tips:
Note that starch should not be too much, and ask the same direction when mixing. After styling, put it in the refrigerator for one hour, better!
