Homemade Small Fried Pork

Chili, green onion, garlic (I don’t like ginger);

Wash pork belly;

Cut peppers and green onions, and smash garlic;
4.
Peel the pork belly and cut into thin slices;

When the oil is hot, sauté the onion fragrant;

Stir-fry the meat quickly;

Stir fry until the meat turns white. When there is no red at all, add soy sauce and cooking wine and stir fry. If the meat is fat, stir it for a while before adding soy sauce;

Stir-fry for a while and add chili;
9.
Stir-fry a few times and add garlic;
10.
Stir-fry until the peppers become soft, and you can turn off the heat with two stunned steaks;
11.
Perfectly out of the pot!
Tips:
If you don’t hate eating ginger, you can put ginger with green onions.
