Homemade Small Twist

Put flour into the bowl

Knock in an egg

Add 4 spoons of sugar

Put the yeast powder into warm water to dissolve

Add the yeast water to the flour (stir while adding, so as not to pour too much at a time)

Add cooking oil and make dough

Fermented to double size

Take a long strip, knead both sides in different directions, and then put the noodles together, it will automatically be entangled together

Continue to knead in the opposite direction and overlap again, making sure to pinch tightly at the end
