Homemade Soup---radish Kelp and Big Bone Soup

Prepare a pig tail bone, half a radish, 50 grams of seaweed knots, and a box of konjac knots.

Wash the kelp foam and let it boil in boiling water for 5 minutes.

Wash pig bones and blanch them in boiling water to remove blood foam.

Add water, green onion, ginger, aniseed, cooking wine to the non-soil pot, add the blanched pork bones and cook for 15 minutes.

Put it in the outer pot and simmer for 1 hour.

Put the boiled bone broth, radish and seaweed in a casserole and simmer for 15 minutes.
