Homemade Spiced Egg Wedges

1. Prepare lean meat and dried shiitake mushrooms

2. Prepare the chives

3. Chop the lean meat, shiitake mushrooms, and chives

4. Put the lean meat and shiitake mushrooms in a pot and fry until golden brown, then add five-spice powder, chicken powder, edible salt, 15ml of water and simmer for 4 minutes

5. After the lean meat and shiitake mushrooms are cooked, add the shallots, soy sauce, and sweet potato powder, and stir for 1 minute

6. When braising lean meat and shiitake mushrooms, break the eggs and stir evenly

7. Put enough oil in the oil pan and add a tablespoon of egg liquid

Tips:

1) There must be more oil for fried egg horns;
