Homemade Spiced Egg Wedges

Prepare lean meat and dried shiitake mushrooms

Prepare the chives

Chop the lean meat, shiitake mushrooms, and chives

Tips:
1) There must be more oil for fried egg horns;
2) The egg liquid must be beaten and used immediately, not for too long;
