Homemade Spiced Pork Floss

Prepare the ingredients

Pork cut into small pieces

Put the cut pork into the pressure cooker

Put in 2 star anise, 2 grass fruit, half of cinnamon, add appropriate amount of water, cover the lid and press until the meat is crumbled

Take it out to control the water and let it cool

Then put it in a fresh-keeping bag and use a rolling pin to knock it loose, and it will become a minced meat.

Put the shredded pork into the bread bucket (I tore the meat again with my hands, and the one made out of this is more suitable for the baby to eat)

Add 1 spoon of sugar, 1 spoon of olive oil, 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of dark soy sauce, mix well

Then start the meat floss program of the bread machine and stir fry for 1 hour (the wok is the same without the bread machine, just observe the coloring by yourself)

Tips:
1. Whether to use a pressure cooker or a pot is decided according to my own preference, because the pressure cooker does not need to be looked at, so I chose the pressure cooker;
2. It is a bit laborious to roll the meat with a rolling pin, so I roll it first and then tear it with my hands, so that the loose meat coming out from the back will be more fluffy;
3. My bread machine directly has the function of flossing meat for 1 hour. If you use a wok, it is recommended to use a whisk to stir and fry. The spatula will not be so fluffy.
