Meat floss is not only delicious, but some of the nutrients after processing are even better than lean meat, which is very suitable for children with picky tastes to supplement nutrition. Pork, beef, chicken and fish can be processed into floss. In the process of processing meat into floss, there is almost no loss of other nutrients except for the destruction of some B vitamins by heating. The baking process drives away a lot of water, but the reduction in water content concentrates nutrients and also concentrates a lot of minerals. However, commercially available pork floss may have problems with additives, and the quality of the meat may not meet our requirements, and the impact on the health of children is our biggest concern. So homemade pork floss is our best choice, let’s cook it with me now.

Ingredients

Homemade Spiced Pork Floss

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Pork cut into small pieces

3. Put the cut pork into the pressure cooker

4. Put in 2 star anise, 2 grass fruit, half of cinnamon, add appropriate amount of water, cover the lid and press until the meat is crumbled

5. Take it out to control the water and let it cool

6. Then put it in a fresh-keeping bag and use a rolling pin to knock it loose, and it will become a minced meat.

7. I can't crush it and tear it with my hands

8. Put the shredded pork into the bread bucket (I tore the meat again with my hands, and the one made out of this is more suitable for the baby to eat)

9. Add 1 spoon of sugar, 1 spoon of olive oil, 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of dark soy sauce, mix well

10. Then start the meat floss program of the bread machine and stir fry for 1 hour (the wok is the same without the bread machine, just observe the coloring by yourself)

11. Pour it out and let it cool and then put it in the crisper

12. Pre-packed pork floss, adults and children love to eat

Tips:

1. Whether to use a pressure cooker or a pot is decided according to my own preference, because the pressure cooker does not need to be looked at, so I chose the pressure cooker;

2. It is a bit laborious to roll the meat with a rolling pin, so I roll it first and then tear it with my hands, so that the loose meat coming out from the back will be more fluffy;

3. My bread machine directly has the function of flossing meat for 1 hour. If you use a wok, it is recommended to use a whisk to stir and fry. The spatula will not be so fluffy.
