Homemade Spicy Crispy Charred Peanuts

Soak the peanut kernels in clean water for ten hours

Put the soaked peanuts in a pot and add some water to boil. Add the prepared seasonings such as ginger, salt, pepper, star anise, and chili.

To make the spices more delicious, soak the cooked peanuts for five hours and then remove them and drain the water.

Put the dried peanuts in the oven or microwave. I use a microwave oven. Roast for 25 minutes. Stop and turn the peanuts in the middle to make the peanuts evenly roasted, so that a plate of delicious and crispy spicy peanuts is good. Really It is a delicious family snack!
Tips:
The peanuts are soaked in clear water for ten hours before cooking. I have not soaked them for a long time.
Pepper can be added according to personal taste, I like the spicy one.
