Late autumn is the best time to make some pickled vegetables. Now it is the season when a large number of radishes are on the market. It is most suitable to make a jar of delicious dried radishes and eat delicious vegetables in the cold winter. ; My mother-in-law is the most experienced in this area. The dried radishes she makes are very popular, and they are always sold out. I followed her method this time and made homemade spicy and attractive dried radishes, which tasted great ~~~~

She usually chooses green-skinned radishes to make dried radishes, which have less water and do not need to be dried for a long time. If you choose radishes with larger water content, they need to be dehydrated to achieve a crisp and refreshing taste; the radishes I use are from children Picked from the suburbs, they come in all shapes and varieties. Haha, the colors are also very special."

Homemade Spicy Dried Radish

1. First wash the radish and dry the water

2. Then cut into chopstick-thick radish strips (most of the radishes in the hearts of the children pulled out, the color is very beautiful)

3. Put the radish in the sun for one day, (in bad weather, you can dry it for two more days)

4. Dry it until it's hot

5. During this time, you can prepare the seasonings. After sauteing the pepper and chili separately in the pot, use a cooking machine to make the pepper noodles and chili noodles for later use.

6. Put the dried radish on the cutting board, put some salt, and knead it with your hands.

7. Knead out some of the remaining water to make the radish flavorful. (Knead hard, the key to the crispness of the radish)

8. Mix salt, monosodium glutamate, pepper noodles and chili noodles

9. Pour these seasonings into the radish and mix well

10. After mixing, store in a sealed jar for a period of time before eating, the more it is stored, the more fragrant it is; it tastes good if it is eaten immediately

Tips:

Add a little more salt to the radish, otherwise it will become sour after a long time. Others are determined by taste
