Homemade Spicy Pork Dried
1.
Chop the pork into minced meat; (Tenderloin is the best! Yuebao likes fatter)
2.
Put the chopped minced meat into a stainless steel basin, then add cooking wine, light soy sauce, pepper, sugar, and salt, and beat clockwise in one direction with chopsticks for about 3 minutes;
3.
Spread tin foil on the chopping board, pour the minced meat, spread it roughly with a spoon, and then cover with a piece of plastic wrap and roll it into a 2 mm thick piece of meat with a rolling pin;
4.
Move the rolled meat slices together with tin foil to the baking tray;
5.
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 5 minutes, and then send the roasting pan with the meat slices to the oven, and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes, then take it out;
6.
Turn the baking tray on its side, pour out the water, and then brush it with honey;
7.
Sprinkle with ripe white sesame seeds;
8.
Then put it into the oven to bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes, take out the roasting pan, turn the meat slices over, and then put them into the oven to bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes and take it out;
9.
Turn it over and bake it until there is no moisture, the volume is severely reduced, and the meat slices become firm, and that's it! (Note: It's best to stand by the oven to take care of it when it's baked, so as not to burn it!)
10.
After baking, let it cool, cut into blocks or strips according to personal preference, and you are ready to eat!
Tips:
1. It is best to choose the whole refined part of pork, so that there is less fat and it is more suitable for roasting. (Mainly my family Yuebao likes to eat fatter, so I put the fat together!)
2. The specific temperature should be adjusted appropriately according to the temperature of your own oven!
3. The meat slices must be rolled evenly, so that the heat will be even when they are roasted!
