Homemade Spicy Tofu

Ingredients: tofu, lean meat, peppercorns, starch, dried red pepper, bean paste, ginger powder, shallots, pepper, chicken, salt

Add the tofu in boiling water, add salt and blanch it to pick up

Wash the shallots and mince, soak the dried red pepper with cold water, chop the lean meat into small cubes, and marinate in starch, salt and sesame oil for a while

Pour the oil into the pot and heat it for 70%, put the peppercorns into the oil, fry the aroma, remove

Stir-fry the dried red peppers with bean paste to create a fragrance

Add lean meat and stir fry

Add tofu

Stir fry evenly

Add water chicken powder and ginger powder and stir-fry evenly, cook for 2-3 minutes

After seasoning, add wet starch to thicken, sprinkle with pepper and chopped green onions after cooking.
Tips:
I like spicy food. If you add more bean paste, you don’t usually need to add salt.
After the tofu is cut into pieces, blanch the tofu with boiling light brine to keep the tofu tender and not fragile.
