Homemade Steamed Pork

After two or three hours, cut the pork belly into thin slices. Mix with chopped green onion and ginger. (Of course the thinner the meat, the better. The reason for freezing is that it is easier to cut. If you have a good knife, don't freeze it)

Add one tablespoon of steamed fish soy sauce, one teaspoon of sugar, one teaspoon of chicken juice, one teaspoon of salad oil and marinate for ten minutes.

Tips:
Steamed pork rice noodles can choose the original flavor, spiced, and spicy. I prefer spiced ones. You can also do it yourself. I haven't done it specifically. You can search for it.
The purpose of pickling is to make it more delicious and the color will not be in vain. It looks better.
Steam it on medium heat. Add enough water and don't boil it dry.
Using a pressure cooker should be faster.
