Homemade Strawberry Jam
1.
Pick the green receptacle of the strawberry and rinse it with running water. Add a teaspoon of salt and water to the basin and mix well, soak the strawberries for 5 minutes
2.
Drain the washed strawberries (in order to save time, I directly use kitchen paper to absorb the indicated moisture), cut off the white pedicle part, and cut the pulp into small pieces
3.
Cut all strawberries into small pieces and put them in a container
4.
Sprinkle with sugar (the amount of sugar can be adjusted according to personal preference and the sweetness and acidity of strawberries)
5.
Marinate for 20 minutes, the water has been separated out,
6.
Heat on low heat, stir while cooking, cook until thick
7.
Finally, squeeze the lemon juice, stir evenly, turn off the heat to let cool, then it can be bottled and put in the refrigerator
Tips:
1. Strawberries are soaked in salt water to remove pesticides and small insects on the surface
2. The jam jar should be cleaned without oily stains, otherwise it will be prone to corruption
3. It can be used without lemon juice
