Homemade Strawberry Jam

Wash the strawberries.

Cut small dices.

Add rock sugar and water, just surpass the strawberries.

Drop a few drops of lemon juice.
5.
Turn the high heat to a low heat and slowly simmer until it becomes viscous, stirring constantly to prevent sticking to the pan.

It can be bottled cold.
Tips:
1. If you don't like the graininess, you can break it with a cooking machine in advance.
2. Sterilize the bottle with boiling water in advance.
