Homemade Sushi

Prepare the ingredients.

Wash the cutting board and cover it with a layer of plastic wrap; fill a bowl of clean water and wash a knife.

Cut cucumber into strips, peel cooked corn, and cut ham into strips.

On the cutting board covered with plastic wrap, place the bamboo curtain, and then put a piece of seaweed on the bamboo curtain; as shown in the picture, first spread the cooked rice evenly on the seaweed, and then put the fillings (salad dressing, Cucumber, ham, corn, pork floss), the order of putting them is not too particular, mainly optimistic about the position of the fillings.

On the side close to the filling, roll it with the bamboo curtain. Remember, you must wrap the seaweed on this side with the filling before you start rolling.

After the sushi is rolled, remove the bamboo curtain; when the knife surface is soaked in water, you can start to cut; after the sushi is cut, you can start eating!

You can also choose to put it in a fresh-keeping box and put it in the refrigerator for a few hours, the taste is still good.
Tips:
1. It is not necessary to put the salad dressing when you put the fillings. The salad dressing can be dipped when eating sushi.
2. When rolling sushi, be sure to slow down and press while rolling so that the rice and fillings can be close together, otherwise the cut sushi will fall apart.
