Tips:
1. For steaming glutinous rice, I use the steaming grid of the rice cooker

4. The steamed glutinous rice must be dried to about 30 degrees before mixing with alcohol medicine. The surface of the glutinous rice should not be cold or the inside is hot. The glutinous rice made with too high temperature will make the glutinous rice sour, and if the temperature is too low, it will be sweet and greasy.
