1. Prepare ingredients, chicken thighs, rice wine, green onion, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, etc.

2. Cut the chicken thighs into pieces, wash and add salt, oil, and soy sauce to marinate for ten minutes (you can add some ginger when marinating). While marinating, cut the ginger into shredded ginger or minced ginger, peel the garlic and set aside.
