Homemade Tiger Skin Green Peppers

Remove the stems of the green peppers, wash and drain.

Prepare Laba Beans.

Pour the green peppers into a non-oil pan and dry the kang.

Tips:
1. Avoid hot peppers for people with Yin deficiency and fire, and gastric ulcer.
