Homemade Tilapia

Tilapia is removed from internal organs, scales, and black membranes inside the abdomen are removed, and cleaned.

Slice the green onion, ginger and garlic, and cut the dried red pepper into small sections.

Put an appropriate amount of vegetable oil in the pot, pour an appropriate amount of pepper, and sauté.

Add the tilapia and fry on both sides until golden.

Pour in an appropriate amount of white wine to get rid of the fishy.

Pour in some light soy sauce.
