Homemade Tofu

Rinse the tofu and cut into thick slices.

Heat up the pan with oil, make the tofu flat in the pan, and fry slowly over medium and low heat.

Fry until golden brown on both sides, set aside.

Then prepare the sauce, put 3 spoons of June Fresh Super Soy Sauce, 1 spoon of Verdami Premium Oyster Sauce, 2 scoops of Verdami Fragrant Rice Vinegar, 1 scoop of fine sugar, and 1 scoop of starch into a small bowl.

Then pour in purified water and stir well, then add a little cooked white sesame seeds.

Wash the shiitake mushrooms with hot water, shred them, and prepare some chopped green onions.

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped green onion and shiitake mushrooms and fry until fragrant.

Pour in the prepared sauce, stir-fry gently, and cook until the soup boils.

Then add the fried tofu.

Stir gently so that each piece of tofu is covered with broth, sprinkle with chopped green onion, and simmer for about 2 minutes.
Tips:
1. There is no need to constantly turn the tofu during frying to prevent the tofu from breaking.
2. If you like more soup, add a little water.
3. If you like heavy mouth, you can add some bean paste, if you like spicy, you can add a little hot sauce and millet.
