Homemade Tofu

1. Cut the tofu into half-centimeter-thick square slices

2. Put the tofu in the hot oil in a pot, and fry it until golden on both sides.

3. Pick up for use

4. Put the garlic and ginger slices into the pot and saute, add the pork belly and fry until fragrant.

5. Add soy sauce and sauté until fragrant
