Homemade Tofu

Tofu is 3 soft tofu bought at the vegetable market for 1 yuan. After buying it, cut into small pieces and soak in clean water (10 minutes or longer can be used) to remove the taste of the brine and make the tofu not easy to rot!

Prepare the shallots and garlic

Seasoning: salt, chicken bouillon, pepper, sweet potato powder, Weishida soy sauce, oil consumption, add water and stir for later use. (I put the dosage based on my own experience.)

Pick up the tofu soaked in water

Put oil and garlic in the pot.

When the garlic smell comes out, put the tofu and fry it. If the heat is not well controlled, turn it down. I use a high heat.

Fry the tofu for about 1 minute and turn it over, then put half of the seasoning in (3),

Tips:
Soak the tofu in water to remove the flavor and make the tofu not easy to break. Putting cornstarch (sweet potato flour) can make the tofu smoother and taste better! Fuel consumption can improve freshness.
