Homemade Tofu

Put cooking oil in the wok. When the oil is hot, put the pepper and aniseed for fragrant, then put onion, ginger and soy sauce for fragrant.

Pour in tofu and stir fry,

Add appropriate amount of water and simmer for 5 minutes,

Pour in a spoonful of cooked oil, add salt and sugar to taste and leave the pot.
Tips:
The tofu pieces are not easy to be too big, otherwise it will affect the taste.
