Cut the tofu into 2 cm cubes, cut hot peppers, dried red peppers into small sections, chopped green onions, mince ginger, and slice garlic

Heat oil in a wok, add green onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant, add red pepper

Add tofu

Add water, soy sauce, salt, boil and simmer for 2 minutes

Add hot pepper, MSG, water starch and heat until thick and serve.
Tips:
When frying the dried chili, the firepower should not be too high to avoid frying.
