Homemade Tofu

Ingredients are ready, tofu cut into small pieces

Dice red pepper and ham, chop scallion, ginger and garlic

Add half a bowl of water, starch, salt, and soy sauce to the bowl and mix thoroughly

Bring water to a boil, add tofu and blanch for 2-3 minutes, remove and drain for later use

Add oil to the pot and heat up, add half of the green onions, then add the ginger and garlic until fragrant

Add the ham, red hot pepper, and stir-fry evenly

Add tofu and stir fry a few times

Pour in a bowl of juice, stir-fry evenly, wait until the soup is thick and serve, and sprinkle with the remaining chopped green onion.
Tips:
The tofu cubes are not easy to break after blanching. When frying, turn the tofu lightly to prevent it from breaking.
