Homemade Tofu--all You Want is this Health

Prepare the beans, free of insect bites and impurities. Soak in water overnight.

High-power soymilk machine. In order to make this tofu, I alarmed all the old folks at home and kept it in the cabinet for several years.

I bought this for my parents shortly after working hours. Put the beans into the soymilk machine in batches, add five times the amount of water to the beans, and beat them carefully.

Put the soy milk in a pot and boil over medium heat. Skim off the foam while cooking, and be careful not to spill the soy milk.

After the soy milk is boiled, simmer for another 5 minutes on low heat. Then turn off the heat and let it sit for about 10 minutes. Remove the top film, slowly pour in the white vinegar, stir gently while pouring,

Stir until you see the tofu flowers and separate from the water. Stop stirring and let stand for 30 minutes.

Go to a container with an eye underneath, cover it with gauze, and connect a basin underneath. Pour the shapeless tofu on top,

Find something similar in shape and smaller in size on the top, and it's best to find a heavy object to press it on. I used the pie pan at the beginning, but later found out that the bottom of the pie pan was empty. I changed the bottom of the cake mold and pressed a glass bottle on it.

I steamed it on the pot, in order to get rid of the moisture, then fry the Chrysanthemum chrysanthemum.

I came out tofu last night and made minced pork vermicelli. Boil the vermicelli until soft and about 9 minutes cooked. Take out and soak in cold water.

Meat or bacon, cut into cubes, mince green onions and ginger, (according to personal preference. My family doesn’t like ginger)

Yesterday’s bacon was too fat, so put less oil, put in the bacon and stir fry until the color changes, put on the chopped green onion, and stir fry very fresh

Add vermicelli. It is best to cut the vermicelli before, otherwise it will be too long and inconvenient. Stir-fry evenly, add salt and MSG to taste.

Tips:
1. Be sure to press the tofu with a heavy object, or press carefully and hard with your hands after a period of time to drain the water as much as possible.
