Homemade Tofu Soup

Soak soft tofu with a little salt water. To taste

Prepare all the ingredients and dice ham sausage, tofu, and vegetables. Soak the corn flakes in water. Beat the eggs

Pour the corn flakes and corn into the water and stir. Cook over high heat

After the water boils, use a leaky scoop to foam

Add ham sausage, egg and tofu after boiling

Add vegetable ditch, water starch, and cook

Add salt, monosodium glutamate, chicken essence, green onions according to personal preference.
Tips:
Personally, I think it’s better to cook in a wok for stir-frying.
