Homemade Tofu with Soy Sauce

Boil half a pot of water, add half a teaspoon of salt, and after the water is boiled, add the old tofu cut into pieces. This approach is to remove the beany smell.

Put the boiled tofu cubes into cold water, and water again. This prevents the tofu from sticking together.

Put two spoons of vegetable oil in the pot, add the minced meat and stir fry to change the color and remove the water.

After adding the water starch for the last time, sprinkle with crushed millet.
