Speaking of pizza, the first thing I think of is Pizza Hut’s thick pizza filled with cheese and various ingredients, but this kind of pizza is too high in calories, I believe many MMs dare not eat it often like me. The most common pizza abroad is a very simple pizza with only a few ingredients on a thin pie. Because it has relatively low calories and is relatively healthy, it is also the most commonly made pizza in the family. Today juju shared the recipe of homemade pizza. Not only the ingredients and recipes are simple, but it doesn't feel very heavy after eating. It is highly recommended! ! ! "

Ingredients

Homemade Tomato Olive Pizza

1. Pour the yeast powder, flour, salt and olive oil together

2. Add milk and water, knead the dough for about 15 minutes

3. Put the kneaded dough in a basin, cover with a towel or plastic wrap, and ferment for about 3-4 hours

4. Wash onions, garlic, tomatoes, dill leaves, etc. and cut into small pieces

5. Put 2 spoons of olive oil in the pot, add garlic and onion first,

6. When the onion is transparent, add tomatoes, basil leaves, spaghetti sauce, and salt and pepper if necessary, and stir-fry for about 5 minutes.

7. Roll the fermented dough into a thin rectangle, spread the freshly made tomato sauce evenly on the top, add small pieces of black olives, and finally sprinkle with shredded cheese, and bake in the middle of the oven preheated to 180 degrees. It will be completed in about 40 minutes. For the shredded cheese, I put French Comté cheese. You can add the right shredded cheese according to your preference.
