Homemade Tomato Olive Pizza

Pour the yeast powder, flour, salt and olive oil together

Add milk and water, knead the dough for about 15 minutes

Put the kneaded dough in a basin, cover with a towel or plastic wrap, and ferment for about 3-4 hours

Wash onions, garlic, tomatoes, dill leaves, etc. and cut into small pieces

Put 2 spoons of olive oil in the pot, add garlic and onion first,

When the onion is transparent, add tomatoes, basil leaves, spaghetti sauce, and salt and pepper if necessary, and stir-fry for about 5 minutes.

Roll the fermented dough into a thin rectangle, spread the freshly made tomato sauce evenly on the top, add small pieces of black olives, and finally sprinkle with shredded cheese, and bake in the middle of the oven preheated to 180 degrees. It will be completed in about 40 minutes. For the shredded cheese, I put French Comté cheese. You can add the right shredded cheese according to your preference.
