Tips:
1. The ready-made tomato sauce must be put into a sterilized glass bottle while it is hot, tighten the lid, and buckle immediately. After cooling, move it to the refrigerator for storage, and it is best to eat it within a month. Add a little high-grade liquor or lemon juice to extend the shelf life, and you don’t need to add it if you don’t like it.
2. The glass bottle used to preserve the tomato sauce must be sterilized, and it must be ensured that there is no oil and raw water.
3. If you don’t like tomato sauce with seeds, you can squeeze the tomatoes first and then cook them in the pot.
