Homemade Tomato Sauce

Wash tomatoes

Blanch it with boiling water

Remove the skin of the tomatoes

Chop it up and put it in the food processor

Beat the tomatoes into a pulp

Prepare rock sugar, salt, chicken essence, and fruit vinegar, pour it into a pot and simmer on low heat

Boil it until it's mushy

Put it in a clean bottle
Tips:
During the cooking process, keep stirring to prevent the pot from being stuck. The rock sugar is determined according to your own taste.
