Homemade White Tahini

Prepare a pack of white sesame seeds

Put it in the basin and wash it with the help of a strainer

Sesame seeds are easy to be mixed with grass seeds, so you have to pick them out carefully

Wash the cleaned sesame seeds, control the water, and put them in the bread bucket

Select the "automatic stir-frying" program, the time is set to 1 hour and 45 minutes, until the process of frying, flip the lid to dissipate the air 2-3 times

Tips:
If you add some sesame oil while stirring, you can beat it more smoothly. If you repeat the stirring, it is best to let the machine cool down before continuing to stir to prevent the machine from heating up.
